Your $50 holds your spot and locks in the founding rate for your first 12 months. It is credited to your first month when you move in, and it is fully refundable if you cancel before move-in.

We are finalizing a site in the Little Rock area with quick access to I-30, I-430, I-40 or I-440. Reserved members hear first, and the side of town you pick on the form helps us decide.

We open once the site is secured and built out. Reserving now puts you at the front of the line, and we will text and email you with the opening date as soon as it is set.

Work trucks, trailers, vans, mowers, skid steers, small excavators, containers and job materials. Hazardous materials, junk vehicles and living on site are not allowed.

The yard is fully fenced with a keypad gate, and every renter gets their own code. Cameras cover the gate and drive aisle, and the site is lit at night.

Yes. Access is 24/7 with your gate code.

Lots open on graded, packed dirt and get upgraded to an all-weather gravel surface as the yard grows.

No. Lots are rented month to month. Founding members keep their founding rate for their first 12 months.

You keep your own insurance on what you store. We will share the requirements with your rental agreement.
